Ellwood House Extension Update – August 2026

We are pleased that construction activities are getting into high gear now that City permits for water and pavement work have been received. To allow water and sewage connections to be established for the Extension, Braeside Avenue between Clontarf and Randall Avenue will be completely blocked off from Monday, August 24 to Friday, August 28. Local residents will be able to access their driveways. Signs alerting drivers to the closures will be posted on August 24. Braeside residents affected by the work will have received notification from the City 10 days in advance of the closure.
